Where exactly are you?
10919 Louetta Rd, in the H-E-B shopping center at Louetta and Tomball Pkwy (SH-249). Park right out front.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do you do same-day?
Yes. In by 9 AM, out by 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
How much do you charge?
Shirts from $3.25, pants from $5.25, suit jackets from $8.49 and heavy starch jeans from $6.25. Everything else is priced by the garment.
Do you really do heavy starch?
It's one of the things our customers know us for. Heavy or cowboy starch, with or without a crease.
Can you clean rodeo committee vests?
Yes, every season. Bring them in a week before your first shift if you can.
Do you clean leather, suede and fur?
Yes. Leather, suede and fur get specialist cleaning that protects the hide and fur, so they take longer than everyday dry cleaning. We'll give you a ready date at drop-off.
What discounts do you offer?
New customers save on their first visit. Veterans, active military, law enforcement and ISD employees get a discount every visit. And everyone earns 3% back in store credit.
How does the 3% rewards credit work?
It's automatic. 3% of every dollar you spend here goes on your account as store credit, which you can use on future orders at this store.
What if something gets lost or damaged?
We stand behind our work. We reimburse up to 10 times the cleaning charge for that garment, usually as store credit, unless you declared a higher value at drop-off. Report any problem within 48 hours with your receipt.
How long will you hold my order?
Please pick up within 30 days. We aren't responsible for orders left longer than that.
Is Vintage Cleaners related to Classic Cleaners?
Yes. Same owners. Your clothes are cleaned at the Classic Cleaners plant in Tomball, and our discounts work at all four stores.
